Join this webinar with Dave MacLeod, Founder and CEO of ThoughtExchange and Aaron Mittler, VP of the Account Management Organization at Oracle as they discuss how the world’s foremost executives and sales leaders are quickly and accurately assessing employee needs in real-time.
Way before the pandemic hit, business leaders have been grappling with how to achieve strategic alignment and boost team performance across an increasingly distributed workforce, that’s more reliant than ever on digital tools and communications to get work done.
Despite this disruption to the usual mode of operations, leaders are now expected to know more than ever about their business, despite the fact they’re able to see less and less of the full picture.
Join this webinar to learn:
- How to quickly vet strategies and plans that will impact team performance and success.
- What kinds of questions to ask your salesforce to attain deeper, better quality insights.
- Why it’s more important than ever for leaders to gain the trust and confidence of their teams.
